Illinois State baseball’s season-opening series against Belmont this weekend has been adjusted due to weather.
The four-game series has been changed to a seven-inning doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 20 and Sunday, Feb. 21 in Nashville, Tenn.
Illinois State and Belmont were initially scheduled for a nine-inning game on Friday and Sunday with a pair of seven-inning games in Saturday’s doubleheader.
First pitch for the first game of the doubleheaders will be at 1 p.m. with the second game shortly after the conclusion of the first game.
