François Paradis annonce, à la suite des événements survenus cette nuit à Québec, la mise en berne immédiate du drapeau du Québec sur la tour centrale de l’hôtel du Parlement jusqu’au crépuscule du mardi 3 novembre 2020.
« Les événements de la nuit dernière sont tragiques et des plus incompréhensibles. Toutes mes pensées sont actuellement tournées vers les victimes, les survivants et leurs familles. Mes collègues parlementaires se joignent à moi pour condamner ces actes de violence et pour témoigner leur solidarité aux personnes touchées » a affirmé le président de l’Assemblée nationale, M. François Paradis.
