(TSX: PSI) announced today that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of five cents (C$0.05) per share on the company’s common shares. The dividend will be paid on December 30, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2020.
Pursuant to the Canadian Income Tax Act, dividends paid by the Company to Canadian residents are considered to be “eligible” dividends.
