El astro del fútbol fue internado hace 9 días en ese centro médico argentino para ser operado de un hematoma subdural. La intervención fue exitosa, según su médico Leopoldo Luque. El especialista agregó que el exfutbolista pasará a cuidado médico ambulatorio bajo la vigilancia de un nuevo equipo interdisciplinario.
«Recién estuve con Diego, muy feliz con la atención de las autoridades de la clínica Olivos», dijo Matías Morla, el abogado de Maradona. «También la intervención de la psiquiatra fue muy importante para este caso, Diego pasó el momento tal vez más duro de su vida… yo creo que fue un milagro que fue detectado ese derrame en su cabeza que le pudo haber quitado la vida».
