Started in late 2018, the project was completed in September 2020 and went on the market shortly thereafter, selling and closing in a mere 21 days. Entitled HOMMA ONE, it is the first home the company designed and built from the ground up with fully integrated and manageable controls, including lighting, HVAC, security, access, shades, and landscape irrigation.
