(CNN) — Lo creas o no, Matthew Broderick y Sarah Jessica Parker han estado casados durante 23 años.
Broderick apenas puede creerlo él mismo.
El actor apareció recientemente en el programa «Radio Andy» de SiriusXM con Bruce Bozzi, en un episodio especial de «Quarantined with Bruce».
Cuando le preguntaron sobre el secreto de su matrimonio, Matthew Broderick respondió: «No lo sé».
«Sigo leyendo (que es la) comunicación y que ella es mi mejor amiga», bromeó Matthew Broderick. «¡Uh, cualquier cliché que quieras!», agregó.
«No sé el secreto en absoluto, pero yo, ya sabes, pero estoy muy agradecido y la amo y es increíble», continuó. «Quiero decir, no puedo creer que haya pasado tanto tiempo. No se siente así», explicó.

La estrella dijo que tampoco logra entender el hecho de que son padres de un hijo de 18 años.
Broderick felicitó a Parker por sus habilidades como actriz cuando los dos aparecieron juntos brevemente en una reposición de «Plaza Suite», antes de que la pandemia de coronavirus se afianzara.
«Y realmente no lo había hecho, nunca había actuado con ella en el escenario, y nunca había actuado con ella en absoluto. Y me recordó lo divertida e inteligente y la gran actriz cómica que es, o actriz, no importa la parte de cómica», dijo Broderick. «Pero ella es muy buena en eso… Espero que todos la vean hacerlo», dijo.
