MCHD reporting no new deaths, seven new COVID-19 cases

The McLean County Health Department is reporting seven new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of predicted and confirmed cases to 14,556.
No new deaths were reported, leaving the total number of COVID-19-related deaths at170.
There are currently 171 individuals isolating at home. MCHD reported 14,198 individuals have been released from isolation and are recovered from COVID-19.
More than 246,000 tests have been resulted for a cumulative positivity rate of 5.9%. The seven-day positivity rate is at 1.9% as of Monday.
Due to COVID-19, there has been a report of 17 McLean County residents who are being hospitalized. McLean County hospitals are reporting 85% of intensive care unit beds in use and 95% of total beds in use.
An estimated 35,417 doses of COVD-19 vaccine have been administered in McLean County. The Illinois Department of Public Health has created a dashboard on its website to track vaccines delivered and administered in the state.
