CHARLOTTE, N.C.– A tow truck driver shot a man Saturday in south Charlotte, according to police.
Police say the shooting happened on Central Pacific Avenue around 8 a.m.
Police have charged Jarvis Simpson with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
